I've been emailing Oaky's Garage. They are out of Massachusetts for those interested. He's been quite busy. Has 4 "vintage" Honda's waiting for restoration right now.

On just an engine, to be re-done like the video shows, it's $2000. That includes parts and labor. If you want a whole bike restore like his other video's show, it's about $6500. That's including about $1500 worth of parts that are typically needed. But that also includes painted hubs, polished spokes, etc. But you'd also have to consider shipping costs. For me, that would be fairly expensive coming from North Dakota...
