ca95 seat

Hi everyone what a great site. Would anyone in the Chicago land area have a ca95 that would let me try on a seat that I THINK is a ca95 seat. I bought it for my ca77 but doesn't fit. It's one of those "NEW" seats.

Hey welcome. If you just take a picture and give us some measurements that would work even faster.

If you need to return that sucker it sounds like a time sensitive issue!

I went to a interior shop today to get my ca77 seat recovered and he wanted the "NEW" seat as a guide to do my seat. So when I get it back I'll post some measurements. Way to late to return but if it's a ca95 seat someone might could use it.

A friend of mine JUST BOUGHT a new seat from overseas. Kinda funny you pop up with one that might possible be the same one for sale.

Go ahead and shoot us the measurements when you get yours back. I'll also be reporting the details on my friends new seat as we haven't even taken it out of the box yet.

I've got the seat back. I've got some measurements I hope you understand. The rear bolt holes are 5 1/2" center to center. Too narrow to fit my ca-77. The nose of the seat is 7/8" a head of the bracket that slides under the tank. That's why it wouldn't fit my ca-77 couldn't push it far enough forward to bolt the rear bolts to the bracket that were to narrow any way. The seat is 5" tall at it's widest spot. I hope everyone understands my ramblings.

Definately looks like my stock ca 95 seat. I'm sure someone needs one.

It almost has to be as it wouldn't fit my ca77. I would like to try it on a ca95 to be sure before I try to sell it.

I have a bare frame seat from my CA160 which is the exact same seat as the CA95. It looks like a CA95/Ca160 seat to me. At the narrowest part (rear) it should measure 7-1/2" wide. The widest point measures 8-1/2" (under the drivers position) The seat measures 27" long from back of the frame to the "c" mount end.(which might vary a bit)

That seams to be right. What is the center of the rear mounting bolt holes? I want to make sure it's a ca95 seat so someone else doesn't get the wrong seat when I sell it.
