My wife absolutely hates this bike. "We aint going there again" she said.

After I built her such a nice Baby Dream the first time.

I think the picture itself is art!

Whew..That baby is gone. I would take the motor apart and sell the parts on flea bay as well as the shocks, triple tree, handlebars and the like. Good Luck!

OK Spokes, I took your advice.

NOW -who needs rear fender struts, a rough front fender, shocks, any engine parts and pieces, tranny, clutch lever and perch, bars or triples very cheaply?

It was a ball cutting the sumbitch apart with a cut off wheel. Ain't much to those frames. It gave me an evil satisfaction and the wifey is happy it is pieced up and is hidden away out sight in the shed. I only was allowed two days before she called someone to "dispose of it" I love old motorsickles....

WIMMEN!

I also got 20 bucks iron at the scrap yard for the cut up junk..

Found three Dreams, 2 of them are 305's and one is a Benley.

Barn find, guy bought a farm, wants rid of bikes that came with it. A 66 Dream that actually starts and runs, has a 67 for a parts bike and the Baby Dream is a 66 parts bike. No titles on any..(sigh)

The missus says ONLY if I make them go away quickly and not clutter up the garage with them.... Gonna pick them up Saturday...

Guy called ME outta the blue, he heard about the Baby Dream I built from a friend of a friend.

He is almost forcing me to buy them. He calls EVERY day, hasn't been able to pin me down. I friggin' love it!

He leaves messages on a daily basis. I finally called him and played phone tag for a couple days. Going Saturday to snag them AND I am only gonna pay half what he is asking...wanna bet??????

Feller wants them GONE. New house(to him) and just JUNK to his wife. He understands he has found someone that appreciates vintage motorcycles. (I have somewhat of a small reputation in our neck of the woods...)

Dreams got flipped in one fell swoop

But- after that- I stumbled on a 1967 CB 450 here locally. The "Black Bomber"

I convinced my son to buy it so I would be relieved of all the polishing, scrubbing and frustrations..

It ain't quite working out as I planned. It is camped in MY garage and I seem to be doing the bulk of the work on it.

It was pretty rough but it is getting prettier on a daily basis.

I will attempt to get some before and after pics up today.

Went to my body man , primed and metaled. Straight but no roll on the bottom of the skirt. Make me an offer...I told him he could have ALL the money from it..

I work him to death at times. I do some of my own but he is GOOD!
