I've always seen tech articles online but have never made an effort to post them until now. So I encourage anyone to add to the list of posts I'm going to start making here. There are lots of articles all over about how to save money, how to find better deals on things, how to substitute things and make like better in general. Well just try and keep this oriented towards mechanical things though.

Here is a pretty amazing list of tech tips from the Thumper Talk forums. Riding motorcycles in all types of terrain will really make you into a good mechanic over time. When you bike breaks from a crash you have to really scratch your head and make good use of what you have in order to keep going and not get stranded! Bailing wire and zip ties are some of the best tools out there.

This is an extremely good list of tips for motorcycle people especially.
