Is this cheap or is it just me?
That's about what it's worth. I think he might have had that listed for 1200 a while back. The smaller displacement older Honda motorcycles aren't near as valuable as the 250 and up models. To Honda guys that's a good deal but to anyone else "It's just an old bike... what do you do with one of those?".
