CA95/CA160/CA77 Fuel Petcock Replacement

I found this replacement fuel petcock on ebay. This will replace the old leaky original tank petcocks on the CA95/CA160/CA77 Dreams. I bought this one for my CA160. It saves me from welding a bung in a good tank and ruining the value of a solid Honda tank. The base is made of aluminum and can use the original or replacement screws

Did you find under CA95 parts? Looks like a harley evo petcock

Yes, it's a Harley petcock. I bought one awhile ago for a tank that I had a 14mm bung welded in the tank. I found it under search words "CA96 petcock" on ebay. $29.00 was a steal. He is selling just the base mount for $19.99

It beats trying to find a good original fuel petcock. The beauty of it is that the tank remains original if you should want to install the original style petcock.

I can't believe you're giving up on the Honda petcocks so easily! When I assembled my petcock with the rebuild kit inside I had to source an o-ring because I didn't trust that flat rubber washer that was provided in the rebuild kit. It leaked a tiny amount for a few hours but then stopped and has been holding ever since. I would think that Vaseline or dielectric grease (my new favorite substance) could help seal the innards. I do feel your pain though. The original petcock seems as it was intentionally designed to be difficult! I hope that bike stay together after the install.
