The origional and after market one that look the same are crap, I've thought about going with copper crush type gaskets for some time.
I have an address for a company and will chase them up tomorrow when I have measured them.
Would anyone be intrested if I can get a price for a bulk buy?
Sam.

OK guys, I measured the gasket seating position in one of my heads and it measures 37.5mm, can any of you measure yours to see if there is any variation in Honda's machine work.
Are they all the same, or do we have to allow for variations?
Sam.

Thanks John, the one I measured was a CA/CB95, is yours a Canadian C95?
I have lots of heads both 125 and 150, sports and touring but I have never measured the exhaust port where the gasket sits, I'll check them all at the weekend.

The law of Murphy dictates that if I take my exhaust pipe off to measure with my skill level I will never get it sealed again, at least on this set of gaskets.

My CA95 bore measures. Diameter (38.7) depth (3.8) and the outside diameter of the flange on the pipe measures (37.7) Engine and frame made in 1964. Be interesting to see more numbers.

Just to be clear are we talking about part #18291-202-000 (ref# 4 in the attached diagram)?

I've just measured 7 heads and they are all over the place in respect of sizes.
Smallest were 37.5 going up to 38.14mm.
I guess 37.5 will do the job and yes it is #4 in the diagram.
Thing is I phoned the guy and left a message on his answer phone but have not been called back yet.

I've not heard from the guy I phoned, perhaps he is on holiday.
