It's not the clutch push rod one Erik.
I guess that was a 10 cent coin and that would go through the hole.
I'm at a loss, I cant find anything that small that I can compare it to.
I took a couple of pictures (not very good) in my new build room after I finnished measuring.

It isn't the clutch pushrod seal. If no one recognizes it, it must have been something attached to a tool or something. All, thanks for the help.
Sam, really nice workroom. Oh, and yes that's a dime.

Just put a bid on a used CA72, C77 headlight assembly. Looks for sure to fit my CA95- am I right? The last major piece to get this old gentleman on the pavement.

I didn't think the CA77 parts were the same, aside from 16" wheel rims perhaps. I thought the CA95 had an identically shaped headlight nacelle, but scaled down in size from the CA77 Dream. Also, the stamped hole for the speedometer is "upside down" in the CA77, compared to the CA95.

Can anybody confirm before Erik ups his bid?

I'd agree with BTL, the 72/77 is for the bigger Dream. Stick to Ca95/Ca160 or i think you'll be disappointed...

... and while I'm fairly certain that the C77/CA77 headlight nacelle will not fit the CA95, models with compatible headlight nacelles are C95 and CA160 (and CB92, I believe), so be sure to include C95 and CA160 in your eBay search keywords.

Sorry, the CA95, C95, CA160 headlight & bucket are not interchangable with the CA77. Hope you get outbid this time.

Erik, What parts of the assembly do you need (e.g, the headlight itself, sheetmetal, speedo, etc., all of the above)?

BTL, Re: 16" rims... It is my understanding that because of the larger brake hub the spoke angles on the CA77 are diffrerent than the CA95, so the 16" rims are not interchangeable.

Yes, in addition to the size difference, the CA77 headlight is also a 12 volt unit.

Frappy- I need the chrome trim ring, adjuster hdwe., and headlight for my '65 CA95. All I ever see for these is the Stanley sealed beam. The chrome can be pitted and scratched and if the bulb is burnt out, I most assuredly can open it up and put something in there. I don't plan to ride after dark, but my state, NC, requires lights on during the day. Hopefully I'll get outbid, but if not I'll have a spare wrong part. Maybe someone could use it here.

I have a burned out headlamp, a new replacement Stanley 6V bulb (for the replacement type headlamps) and a spare new lens. The wires are clipped.

It's a sad batch of parts, but with some finesse you can make a good headlight.

Pm if interested. Shipping $ only as it's just taking up shop space.

I have a NOS one at home but I'm not sure if it has the adjuster on it.
If not I do have an old unit that will have one on, I'll take a look at lunch time.

OK, I have a new sealed beam unit complete with chrome embelisher with the adjusting screw. I'm not sure how the bulb fastens in these units, you will have to decide for yourself as I only remember the origional unit.
Yours for £15 + postage.
