Kick start spring

Hey does anyone know the trick to winding a kick start spring on a 160? Or have ever done it? I seem to be set up properly but cant get the spring where it needs to be. ???

Yes it is very nice. Spokes it should have went for $2500+, thats my opinion. Such great attention to detail and not a thing missed.

I would never call that insane! The bike is looking really nice Chip. I wish you were closer so I could stop by and help out. Maybe get a ride when its driveable, LOL.

Smithers, Robbie is the Man !! I just wonder " WHAT IF " if Evil had todays bikes? Evil had balls the size of grapefruit but didnt have a bike with any suspension, so even if he wanted to do the jump he couldnt land.
Could Robbie do the Snake River jump?

Motorcycle owners all get the push it home fun from time to time. A friend of mine did a old Harley resto and got the oil lines mixed. He had to push it home up hill and on dirt. Ouch! Old Hondas are much lighter.

Yes that is a sweet package. The LED lighting should be easy on the old electric system, very low load from LEDs. Spokes do you know where the seat on that bike came from?

Your paint work looks great Spokes. Do you paint outside or put together a spray booth? I paint outside, todays paint drys fast.

What the tail lamp blub did sounds like when I put a 12v lamp in a 6v system.
