Got another mystery. According to my wiring diagram the stator has a pink, brown and light green with red stripe coming out. My stator has a Brown, pink, and dark green wiht yellow stripe coming out. These plug into corresponding colors on the wiring harness. In addition I have a light green with a ...

CA160 stator
Since I get continuity between all the wires on my 1966 CA160 stator, I'm guessing it's toast. In looking for a replacement, they seem rare. But, CB and CL160 stators are easier to come by. They look similar in parts illustrations, but can anyone tell me if they are interchangeable?
