This link will get you to some pics of the virtually finished bike. They were taken on a cloudy day so the paint is not as vibrant as it is in the sun. I will take some better shots of the paint and post soon.

I ran into the same issue buying the c-10h's. They don't fit. My bike came with some D-9H's and that's what I bought to replace. I haven't started it yet but feel they are correct. PM me if you haven't bought any yet and I'll send you two of the D-9H's if you want. I have 8 left. That is 2 1/2 ...

Greetings everyone. I am getting down to the final assembly and am looking for an o-ring for the carb. I had to replace the original carb body with a slightly newer one and apparently the o-ring changed shapes. The original was round and the replacement has an oval shape. Does anyone know where I ...

I wanted to share a few pictures of the almost complete engine. I say almost because I am waiting on a few bits for the other side.

Hopefully will get it back in the frame soon and the rest is downhill (hopefully). Then I get to try to start up the 55 year old beast :D .

Spokes:
I happen to be at the point of putting my top end back together. I will be sure to go back and put the lube on the wrist pins as I did not do that when I assembled them. Any other suggestions or assembly notes for the barrel/head assembly?

Questions

Two forum members PM'd me a while back and I now have not been able to find the messages to respond.

One was a request for a copy of the 1960 Cycle magazine article reviewing the CA95.

The other was a request for info on the stencil that was made for my seat.
Please recontact me and I'll be glad ...

That seems like a pretty reasonable price for all those parts. I will contact them the next time i need some chrome done.

Got my head and cylinder back today. Anyone have any watch-outs for putting the top end back together? This is a first for me.
Thanks

I used Space Coast Plating in Melbourne, FL. They did a great job and just like you mentioned, they only do triple plate show level work. Chrome like that is crazy expensive and these bikes have a bunch of chrome parts. Add to that my original mufflers were just good enough to justify saving and so ...

Above I offered to send a copy of the 1960 Cycle article to anyone who needed it. Someone PM'd me and now I can't find the message to reply to. If you will try again, I'll send it to the email address you had in the message.

Thanks
