I thought the CA95 was 150cc and the CA160 motor required modding to fit?

I'm pretty sure that the CA160 engine will fit..........it's the Cb160 version that would need mods.

They changed little, if anything on the chassis and electrical system for the CA160.

I could be wrong, but I sure hope not, as I have a CA160 engine sitting around gathering dust that would be right at home in my CA95.....I've read that the swap is possible.

And is it worth it for that extra 10cc?

If you already have a good 150? Probably not.

If you have one sitting around your and/or your 150's toast? Totally.

It's supposed to be sturdier and better geared as well.

Other than the fact it fits a Benly frame, it comes from a different line of engines that were made to take it.
