Default Removing the spark advance from my 68 CA160

The spokes is stumped! I am replacing most of the engine seals and gaskets. I need to pull the spark advance to get to the point housing seal and base gasket. The CA95 advance pulls off easy. My CA160 does not. Is there a secret or is my spark advance pressed on real good?

Thanks!

Well, I got it off. I checked a diagram of the part and realized that it does pull off. I used an old spark plug puller with rubber coated ends and yanked...it may of been the first time it has been off since new.
