Thumbs up Just Picked Up My KTM 400 EXC Dirt Bike

I couldn't pass up a good deal! Thanks to Paso Robles Polaris for passing on this great motorcycle. This was the first time I visited their business. Everyone was super nice to me and I didn't get the typical "car salesman" treatment which was amazing! I spoke with Robert about the KTM they had parked out front and asked him how much he would take for the bike right now on the spot in cash. He gave me a number then I basically left a Benjamin and told him I would be right back with the rest. Sold.

First order of business is to check the air filter. I couldn't find one spec of dirt in the filter or the filter box. Good signs!

Now this is what I like to see!

Now for a couple gratuitous pictures of the 400 EXC engine from both sides.

I couldn't be more happy to own a bike that comes with Brembo brakes... and brand new calipers and rotors at that. I'm sure the fluid needs changing. I should probably put new tubes in the tires also.

Half the reason I was willing to put in a little time and money into this motorcycle. The space for the plate and the street lights!

Here is the cockpit. I haven't put energy to the electrical system to check the clock yet.
