Default Question about Chrome Solutions as seen on Jay Leno's Garage

Hi Everyone
Has anyone tried this product/process? It appears to produce beautiful results. I followed the link mentioned on the YouTube episode but didn't find out much. I did find another multiple component kit that includes paint guns, solutions, etc but I am curious if any of you have any experience with this.

Here's the link I think Steverinomeiste is referring to:

Pretty cool stuff, but it looks like the company is out of business from what I've read in other forums. People try to contact them but never get replies.

Here's a link to another company that has a similar product called Hydrochrome.

and a youtube link for demonstration.

Looks very promising. Especially seeing how they have home kits.

Yup, I like the process and have considered taking it on and the process crosses to many other applications. What I haven't seen is any repair work to damaged "paint"- I suspect you need to do entire panels for pest repair results.
There is an episode of Loud and Fast where they vinyl wrap a Fairmont in a similar chrome finish.
