Default Rebuild for a friend

I acquired a CA160 for a friend Terry L. He has been redoing the bike and I have been doing the engine for him. I hope the engine runs as good as it looks- we'll find out tomorrow when I run it for him.
It'll be a nice bike when done- now my red one is gone I may have to buy this bike back .....

Looks great. I love the updated engine bolt kit on there.

Got the engine lit up today. It won't stay on this bike. This black bike is slated for the CB92 treatment (as much as possible and probably straying from original components. I'll crop the rear fender, ditch the front fender, run 18" wheels and a few other things. I cracked an new/old engine for that today as well. If it goes together and sounds as good as this one, I'll be happy. and yes it'll be loud.
PS this was on 12 volts too....
