Default Anyone do taller handlebars?

Since I'm not going for the stock look on my bike I want something different for handlebars.

I'd imagine the mount is pretty standard and I could get taller bars to fit as well as longer cables (probably custom I'd suppose) and a newer style throttle control.

Anyone have pics of one of these bikes with taller handlebars?

I have purchased a set of cables from ebay that were for high bars. Search CA95 highbar cables and you should find them.

The cables were 12" longer than stock, so your limited to 12" higher than your stock bars. You may need to go to an external throttle system as the highbars with the throttle slots may not be available. If you have a machine shop handy you might be able to slot the new bars.

I'd be happy with just a bit taller. Don't need ape hangers on the little Honda!

I'd actually prefer to get rid of the old slide throttle... mine sticks and is sloppy.

Aaron I have a set of bars on my CB160 project bike that I am not going to use, they are higher but not Apes. I will send you a picture. Your welcome to them if you want to pay postage.

Not sure about the ape hangers but a newer style throttle would be really nice.

Here's what was on the one I got - a bit higher than stock I think. Not sure if that's what your looking for or not.
