I was very happy to run across this Honda motorcycle website the other day called
Charlie's Place. It's a pretty impressive shop and they have a lot of pictures of the Hondas that they have worked on. I still haven't had the time to go through them all but it looks like the most impressive Honda motorcycle restoration business I have seen yet.

Also Scott Pargett has a VERY nice collection of pictures detailing his restoration of his
Honda CB77 Superhawk. I have been reading and checking out all his pictures and experiences rebuilding his Honda. He really did a good job taking notes as he added his pictures.

http://www.vintagehondamotorcycle.com/. His type he used on the page and old Honda logos really bring back the memories... not like I'm that old but when I was a kid my dad was deep into restoring Honda motorcycles from the smallest to the largest displacements.
