Introduction
Greetings
I thought I better say hello as I have managed to get on board. I have a little 1964 C92 Benly that I have spent a bit of time getting back together. It is about 90 % there . The engine is running but needs a chain which I have ordered and ideally the Rims need rechroming. The bike was initially and Ag bike with single seat and knobbly tyres, but I have purchase a 2 seater replacement from David Silvers. My other bikes include 1994 Ducati 900ss 1976 CB400F 1964 CB77 1964 C77 Dream 1964 Cl72 Scrambler. regards Greg |

Welcome, Greg! Your C92 motor looks great. Ag bike - usually those jewels are pretty beat, eh? My '60 CA95 is beat for sure - looks like it was used as a motocross bike! Keep us posted as you make progress.

Here are the before photos. Note the swiss cheese front guard. I spend hours with the MIG welder reconstructing this The centre stand was seize and I had to cut off with a hacksaw I had to apply considerable heat and persuasion to get the cut stud out. I ended up splurging on nice bronze bushes. Will see if I can dig up some more photos Last edited by Waveblaster; 04-24-2015 at 07:08 PM. |
