Following on Spokes suggestion
on fitting a custom front fender....here's my attempt....
I used a polished stainless fender for a CB100 which I eBay'd out of Vietnam. I removed the rivets holding the stays, manufactured new stays out of 1/4" mild steel and 1.5mm galvanized plate....all held together with 5mm stainless bolts and acorn nuts
Not quite finished but nearly there....
