Well, nothing decreases the value of one's work than a poor running bike.
I recommend buying oversize pistons and rings. I use these guys for my engines

They know the CA95 jugs from working with me.
They will bore the engine to tight spec's. The bike will start in an instant and run nice.
You can try to install oversize rings, it may work but it's a gamble.
