Thanks for the reply. Does this mean that the two should be tubed separately and allow separate evacuation or should they be tubed together with a single tube. I have seen the latter more often...

I have the mufflers mounted and finally have the chrome for the seat. Thought I would give a pic. I still need to change out the exhaust pipes and replace the cable. That sounds like a winter...

The key is how to seperate the two main pieces. I had no idea that the cover could be seperated from the the top and a wrench put inbetween to unscrew the top.

I have used Ohio Cycle. They have a lot of parts but make sure that you know the part # you need for your year and model. The list is quite extensive and is listed by part number.
