I installed the petcock only to have it leaking...

I installed the petcock only to have it leaking non stop! Could this be from not completly tightening? When I tightened all the way i had no lever movement.

Clutch Cable Adjustment

I am having a real hard time adjusting the clutch cable correctly. How do i adjust the drum, the handlebar adjuster and the adjuster on the bottom of the cable? I need it to have the right tension...

I'm finding some trouble putting this petcock back together with these reproduction parts. How deep should this rubber disk sit? Should the holes come up through it? Its having a hard time fitting...

I think I might just go ahead and drill it to a m5 thats current. Might be more beneficial for the future anyway. Thanks for the help and offers

Pins were still locked, flat screw driver did the trick. Turned it to off, put new key in, no problems! Any idea why it stalls sometimes when I pull in clutch

It is not a yellow with red stripe, it is a yellow wire. For some reason, inside the headlight switch there is the blue wire but when they all come out the bottom of the handlebars blue is replaced...
