yes #9 slips in the seal agents the bearing.. that is the only one..

when you trued up the rim you may have pulled it up tight to the one side & that's why the rim is off center..

what happened did you loose the spacer?? just so you know the front wheel only uses one spacer.. i would not try too ride it with that washer its not going to work out, the spacers hold the bearing...

it looks like you have the dome piston, not all they sell are dome, just make sure of what you are buying, good luck.. make sure you put all of the o rings back in the right place if you haven't done...

i would try a hone first, but if there is any pits from rust left, i would go 1st over with the jug, you will need to buy the 1st over...
