Aloha-

Any pictures of the 450?

Ah I love those things! My dad completely restored one that was in bad shape. It's now flawless and sits like a museum piece. I saw one for sale in the Bay Area for like 4 grand. It was in perfect running condition but it wasn't all original. It was a little custom but you could actually ride it everyday if you wanted too. Great bike. If I had money laying around I would have went and picked it up. I would recommend finding one that doesn't need a whole lot of work... or at least one that isn't missing any parts!

Pictures please. :D

LOL RYAN, I saw that same bike and I thought about buying it too! However, with my 305 still not completely finished, I thought I better not or my hubby might kill me and bury me in the backyard!

Great looking bike! Looks like it's ready to ride. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

I'm guessing there are approximately 365 riding days each year in Hawaii. Last time I was there, the weather was perfect every single day. Sunny and mid-80s, with scattered volcanoes. Keep the 450 away from the ocean salt!

My 305 is a Dream. I started off with a CA95 (black 1965) I love that little bike but I always wanted a white one. So after putting around on my CA95 for about a year I came across a 1963 CA77 basketcase 2 miles from my house. So long story short, I had to hunt for parts on ebay and take it down to bare metal, then rechrome, repaint, and now we are in the process of putting it back together. And although it is the FUN part (for me anyways) I am also finding out which parts I am still missing. I guess it couldnt be so easy to just have all the required parts and put it all back together in a few days. Instead I am working a bit, finding the parts that im missing..... waiting for deliveries, and continuing until I discover the next part that is MIA. I guess it will just make that first ride that much sweeter!

Oooo that Black Bomber is awesome. Yeah Kellie good thing we were so busy with current projects or else we would have been bidding against each other! hah. Locating parts is always fun. At least we get gifts in the mail all the time when they come in. :)

Yeah, its like Christmas all year round! But in my case, if the part doesn't fit the early models, its like getting an electronic toy that is missing the batteries!!! And about that Black Bomber, I love the tanks and the way the seat actually FITS the tank! :) Im sure the Black Bomber would be too tall for my short little legs, so it will never materialize. But they are sweet! Any new projects going on for you? (silly question I know) :D

I would put blue tape all over that bike it's so nice! That seat is awesome. I can't wait to see the whole thing rolling!
