Clutch Cable Adjustment

I am having a real hard time adjusting the clutch cable correctly. How do i adjust the drum, the handlebar adjuster and the adjuster on the bottom of the cable? I need it to have the right tension and let out at the right time. Thanks

Turn the cable adjuster at the engine and at the handlebar all the way in.
Loosen the clutch actuator (big slot screw on the left side of the engine)

Turn the clutch actuator until you feel tension. Lock down the 10mm bolt.

Pull in the clutch. If no tension at the clutch handle, turn out the adjustment at the cable where it enters the engine housing. Turn this adjuster until you feel tension.

When you feel tension, put the bike on her wheels and shift into any gear and pull in the clutch. Can you push the bike without turning over the engine?

If no, adjust the cable until you can push the bike in gear without turning over the engine.

Put the bike in neutral and start the engine. Put the bike in gear. Does it grind the gears? If so adjust the clutch at the handlebars.

You will know the clutch is adjusted when you put the bike in gear and you don't move while the clutch handle is pulled in.

Put the bike in gear while running and take a ride. If the clutch slips, turn the cable in at the handlebar 1/8 turn at a time until you can engage the clutch and no grinding gears and slipping occurs.
